OEM, Design, & Laser Cutting

A&A Tactical, LLC is now offering design, OEM manufacturing, and automated cutting (laser & hot/cold knife) for those seeking assistance in designing and manufacturing their own tactical nylon goods on a small to medium scale.   

We can assist with:

- Laser cutting for nylon, thermoplastics (Tegris, Curv, HDPE, etc.), and similar materials
- Laser engraving for things like custom application of logos on material or completed goods (tumblers, coasters, etc.) **Non-ATF required depth**
- Hot and cold cutting for webbing, hook and loop (Velcro), cording, shrink wrap, etc. 
- Bartacking 
- Small to medium scale manufacturing (sewing)
- Grommet installation  
- Design and material procurement assistance (includes design/material recommendations and sourcing)
- Jig and template design and creation (ie. spacer for keeping spacing while sewing or chalk lines)

Pricing:
Laser Cutting: $85.00/hr

Hot & Cold Cutting Webbing, Hook & Loop, etc.: $5.00 per roll/per measurement 

Design and material procurement assistance: $85.00/hr
