The DIY FirstSpear Tubes© Buckle Adapter Kit for the Crye AirLite© Structural Cummerbund- SPC allows the user to easily convert to a quick release cummerbund setup without the need for sending the cummerbund to a shop for modification. This adapter kit can also work with the Ferro Concepts© ADAPT 3" Assault Cummerbund by simply folding in the front flaps toward the interior and mounting the kit in the same fashion as the SPC shown.
For use w/ the SPC, simply cut the front Velcro flap off of the cummerbund and leave the structural part intact. Then insert the adapter as shown in the pictures, and the conversion is complete.
